Our minimum age requirement is typically 16 years old, but we offer specialized programs for younger participants as well.
Are your instructors experienced in mixed martial arts and Strength Training?
Yes, all our instructors are highly trained in various disciplines of mixed martial arts. They have extensive experience both in training and competition. Holding multiple national titles. Our STC Programming is overseen and run by our Certified Master Trainer.

Safety is our top priority. We ensure all training sessions for Strength and MMA classes are supervised by experienced coaches.

Do I need prior experience in Strength and Conditioning to take a HIIT class
No prior experience is necessary. Our classes cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
What type of equipment do I need to bring for my first session?
For your first session, comfortable workout attire and a water bottle are essential. If you are registered for a boxing class please bring Boxing Gloves and handwraps. Technique Striking classes require full protective gear such as shinguards, mouthpiece. We do have equipment for purchase if needed.
